The Intellectual

Intellectuals meet their need to be knowledgeable by engaging in continuous learning, conceptual clarity, and self-mastery.

The Leader

Leaders get their need to be in control met by “taking charge” and organizing people, activities and work.

The Performer

Performers get their need to be recognized met by seeking center stage and are energetic, charming and enthusiastic.

The Socializer

Socializers get their need to be connected met by being with people, building networks and getting involved.

The Stabilizer

Stabilizers meet their need to be secure by meeting societal and familial expectations and are very loyal people.

The Visionary
