Biography
Heather Dranitsaris-Hilliard is the co-founder and creator of the Striving Styles™ Personality System. She has over 20 years’ experience working with companies in organizational development and change, leadership and team development, succession and selection, performance management and rewards. She is also a highly-recognized and sought-after speaker at professional, business and entrepreneurial events.
Heather’s specialties include developing innovative strategies to enhance performance for organizations undergoing growth or change, and helping clients to decide which approaches best align with and support business strategy and organizational values. She specializes in supporting the development of high performing leadership teams through the design and delivery of leadership team processes, facilitation of strategic planning, interpretation of individual behaviors and team dynamics as well as coaching. As well, Heather works closely with her clients to ensure their culture reflects both the strategy of the organization as well as its brand, supporting cultural change or evolution through the alignment of both leadership and talent management practices.
With a keen interest in business, Heather pursued an education focused on understanding how organizational systems and practices drive performance and the achievement of potential. Attending the Ivey School of Business, she obtained her Bachelors Degree in Honors Business Administration and she completed post-graduate courses in Human Resources, Rewards, Organizational Development, Performance Systems, Management Consulting and Behavioral Change. She obtained her Certified Human Resources Practitioner designation as well as becoming a Certified Compensation Professional.
