Biography

Anne Dranitsaris, PhD., is a Clinical Psychotherapist, Corporate Therapist, Behavioral Change Consultant and partner at Sage, Kahuna Inc. She has more than 30 years experience working in private practice and in organizations. Her corporate therapy and behavioral consulting approach includes assessing, educating, training and coaching to develop greater self-awareness, awareness of others, improved team dynamics and overall corporate functioning.

A frequently published writer and speaker on a broad range of topics on organizational dysfunction, behavior, emotional intelligence and personality styles and their impact in the workplace, Dr. Dranitsaris works with leaders and teams in organizations to help develop emotional intelligence, behavioral competence, and relationship skills. She also provides business relationship coaching for individuals experiencing difficulties with their business because of conflict in primary relationships (partners, leadership groups, teams, boards, etc.).

Dr. Dranitsaris’ work on identifying and understanding our natural Striving Styles™ was recently profiled in “O” The Oprah Magazine (November 2009 and January 2010). This work is the culmination of her work with typology in a clinical and organizational setting.  She has authored the Jung’s Typology for the Workplace Series, the Behavioural Interview Guide as well as Who Are You Meant to Be?
