Reconnection brings mother and daughter together

Anne Dranitsaris and daughter Heather Dranitsaris-Hilliard have an amazing relationship recently co-authoring the book What You Were Meant To Be. Some may not know is that their life as mom and daughter didn't start until Heather was an adult.

When she was just 17, young Anne knew the best chance for her infant daughter was to give her up for adoption. It wasn't an easy choice but she knew that the little girl's future would be better when she handed her over more than 40 years ago.
