This Package includes 20,000 Class B Preferred Shares in Sage, Kahuna Enterprises Inc., the proprietary rights holder of the Striving Styles Personality System and its related materials. In addition, Buyers will receive coupons to receive at no charge a SSPS Level I Assessment, digital General Report for their Style and the SSPS Qualifying Program (available online) as well as enrolment in an upcoming 2-day in-person workshop - Understanding What Drives Behavior. Buyers will also receive a personalized, author signed copy of the book, Who Are You Meant To Be? ($725 value).
The basic terms of the Class B Preferred Share Purchase Agreement are as follows:
- Purchase price of the Class B Preferred Shares is $0.25;
- Class B Preferred Shares are ranked higher than lower classes of shares including Common Shares and do not have any voting rights;
- Class B Preferred Shares receive dividends, as and when declared by the Board of Directors of the Corporation prior to any lower ranking share classes;
- Class B Preferred Shares can be redeemed after 5 years of the date of purchase at the purchase price of the shares ($0.25);
- The Corporation may redeem Class B Preferred Shares after January 1st, 2015 at its discretion at the purchase price of the shares ($0.25).
Based on SKE's Business Plan which includes forward looking statements and projections, Class B Preferred Shares are projected to earn a return of more than 400% by Year 5 (2018) through dividend grants, beginning in 2014.
By making this purchase, the Buyer understands that they will receive a formal Share Purchase Agreement for Class B Preferred Shares from SKE Inc. for their review and consideration. If agreeable to the terms, this Agreement must be signed and returned to the Corporation within 2 weeks of purchase. A Share Certificate will be issued upon receipt of the executed Agreement. If for any reason the terms are not agreeable, the Buyer will receive a full reimbursement of the funds remitted upon contacting us directly at 416.406.3939.
