Through the workshop & e-learning modules, you’ll learn:

  • The components of the Striving Styles including Striving Styles Squad, Self-Actualizing and Self-Protective Systems of the Brain, SSPS Roadmap for Development and Developmental Framework
  • How the brain develops and functions as well as how to use the whole brain;
  • Relationship of the Striving Styles to the MBTI® and Psychological Type;
  • How to identify and understand the needs of the 8 Striving Styles;
  • What happens to behavior when predominant needs are not met;
  • How to interpret behavior based on unsatisfied/frustrated needs and self-protective behaviors;
  • How to help people understand how the brain is organized and how it affects emotions and behavior as well as how it can get in the way of development and achieving potential; 
  • How to break longstanding behavioral patterns by creating new neural pathways in the brain.

In addition to the 2-day in-person workshop, participants receive access to all 19 e-learning modules of the SSPS Qualifying Progam including the Qualifying Test. For the same price, you can access all the learning available through the webinars as well as benefit from first hand experience through the workshop.

Heather has over 20 year's experience in organizational, leadership and team development, coaching, and career counselling as well as expertise working with couples and parents of children with learning disabilities. SSPS Qualified Practitioners gain all the knowledge and tools they need to work with clients on a deeper level - providing them with specific insight into brain organization and what is driving their behavior. These tools give clients new levels of self-awareness that fast tracks behavioral change, development and personal growth. As well, Practitioners have access to specialized resources and support, 50% discount on products as well as the ability to administer assessments directly to clients. To become a Qualified SSPS Practitioner, you must complete the online test and receive a score of more than 80%.

Note: participants are required to complete the Level I Assessment as well as read the General Report for their Predominant Style and the Leveraging Your Squad Report in advance of the workshop.
