Through the Qualifying Program, participants learn the theory and practice of the SSPS including how to:
- interpret behavior based on unsatisfied/frustrated needs and self-protective behaviors
- interpret and deal with dysfunctional behaviors
- help employees, leaders and/or clients to achieve their potential
- help people understand how the brain is organized and how it affects emotions and behavior
- recognize when fear, anxiety or helplessness are getting in the way of development
- break longstanding behavioral patterns by creating new neural pathways in the brain
If you are using the MBTI in your practice or organization, this workshop will show you how to enhance your development programs by integrating an understanding of psychological needs and brain development, while continuing to leveraging your knowledge of Type.
