Fantastic Opportunity for Qualified Professionals using the MBTI™ or Jungian Based Assessments

There comes a time in the growth of every business, where you are ready to expand to the next level and are no longer able to do all of the work yourself. This is a welcome and exciting transition and a milestone that we have currently reached with the Striving Styles Personality System.  We find ourselves stretched to the limit, needing to find colleagues to help us with the delivery of our products and services to clients.

As a result, we have decided to reach out to our networks, looking to find experienced leadership coaches and facilitators to work with us on large scale client projects using our developmental framework – the Striving Styles™ Personality System (SSPS). With a full suite of organizational products now available, we are currently pitching leadership and team development initiatives to both US and Canadian firms and need to build up a team to support program delivery. We are also a Certified WEConnect International Women’s Business Enterprise, allowing us to access and work with a large number of organizations across North America.

We are looking for individuals qualified in the MBTI or other Jungian-based assessments to work with us on client projects by learning how to use the Striving Styles in business applications. We are holding a complementary two-day training session on July 12th & 13th, 2012 in Toronto, ON. During the session, selected candidates will learn the theory and practice of the SSPS including how to:

• leverage their understanding of psychological type
• understand brain specialization and brain development
• interpret behavior based on unsatisfied/frustrated needs
• interpret behavior based on self-protective behaviors
•  use the SSPS Developmental Framework and Roadmap for Development

In addition, those interested in pursuing this opportunity must have experience working in two or more of the following areas: individual interpretation sessions as well as group sessions using MBTI or other assessment tools

• individual interpretation sessions as well as group sessions using MBTI or other assessment tools 
• performance management & development
• team building facilitation & high performance team development
• leadership training & coaching
• working with organizational dysfunction or conflict management
• career counseling/coaching

Following the training, participants will be eligible to work with us on our client projects as subcontractors. Participants who take the training program will not be become qualified SSPS practitioners until they have paid for the Qualifying Program ($375) and completed the mandatory testing. Becoming SSPS qualified allows you to administer the Striving Styles with your clients and access product discounts.

While there is no charge for this 2-day training session, selected candidates will be responsible for their any travel or other expenses.
